Imagine your own viral movie that folks love so much they pass it from person to person, building a large list quickly and selling your books or products

That is exactly what we have done with The Five Secrets and we can do for you for a surprisingly affordable price. Within 2 months of release, the Five Secrets movie was seen over 400,000 times, built a list of over 5,000, collected almost 400 blog comments and sold hundreds of books, all from the power of viral marketing and word of mouth. To this day, about 300 folks per day see this video, months after any direct marketing efforts. At the peak, the page was seen 10,000 times per day. Here is the movie:

http://www.bkconnection.com/thefivesecrets/

Our most recent movie may be the best one yet: great photos, music and is short and sweet, with a positive message that so many want to hear in these days of doom and gloom. This one is based on Lynda Gratton’s book GLOW. And if you also like it and are inspired by it, please pass it on to your list using the share button on the movie. This also demonstrates the ability to embed the movies in any other web page, getting even more exposure. And the free gift for this is a great short chapter of her book you will enjoy. Turn up your speakers, hit the full screen button, relax and … enjoy!

Another form of this movie is taking an existing short video and putting it in a Flash “wrapper” complete with the same viral ready buttons and ending with the integrated opt-in list building form. This we did for the Mark Albion book: More Than Money. Mark had Free Range Studios produce the original video which had a run on his site and on YouTube. Our viral wrapper gave it another life and helped extend the reach and build the email list for the publisher Berrett-Koelher. Here’s the movie:

http://www.bkconnection.com/goodlife/

These movies are typically produced by larger companies for $5-10K. Kaizen Marketing can produce them for you starting at $500 for the existing video version. Contact us for an estimate and to discuss your project today.

This tool Brad is giving away is truly brilliant and can help you spy on your competitors and see exactly what keywords they are bidding on. You can use it to find profitable markets fast and mimic what is already working.

He also has an ingenious model for insuring that YOUR affiliate links show up for pretty much ANY web search in the #1 and #2 spots on Google – amazing but true. See for yourself …

A lot of folks are going to make a lot of cash with this and I want you to be one of them (ok, and me too

Read this short intro from the website from author and SEO expert Brad Callen (sounds like but not related to Brad Fallen of StomperNet fame):

From the desk of Brad Callen
Indianapolis, IN
Friday, January 30th, 2009

Dear fellow internet marketer,

Long gone are the days of clunky, standalone, research tools. Having created over 15 best selling software applications for the internet marketing community, I like to think that I know what I’m talking about when it comes to creating tools that will save you time, and make you and your business a heck of a lot more money from the internet.

After 8 months, and over $127,000 in development costs, we’ve created a new tool that revolutionizes the way keyword research and competition spying is done. Instead of downloading a bulky desktop application to your computer, you’ll be downloading a very very small plugin that actually runs INSIDE of your web browser (Firefox).

With this tiny plugin, you’ll be able to uncover more helpful information about your competition, and how they’re making money online, than you ever could with ANY other current tool on the market – and you’ll be able to do it as you simply browse the internet!

With the information PPC Web Spy provides, you’ll be able to take a struggling internet business and almost instantly turn it into a profitable business!

>> Download your copy of the PPC Web Spy free tool NOW

Yanik has the ultimate job: he takes executives and ceos out on wild Dune Buggie adventures in Baja and such places and teaches them how to dramatically increase their sales and business and charges them $15K per such event.

Here’s a way to get the info from one of these $15K events for less than $10 (shipping and handling). This is a real no brainer and I have mine on order. A long time student and collaborator with Dan Kennedy, his sales flow and marketing methods are brilliant. Follow this link and read his sales letter to learn even if you do not buy it.

Read this from Yanik and get your own via the link below.

Q. What exactly is the deal?

A. You’re getting a special, $15k closed-door presentation entitled “Instant Leverage Points in Your Business That Bring You Surges of Cash”. It’s a presentation I did last January to 26 top-gun entrepreneurs and business leaders, who paid about $15k in membership fees and trip fees to come together in Baja, Mexico for Maverick Business Adventures.

Plus, I’ve bundled up this DVD, the MindMap I handed out, my newest book called “34 Rules for Maverick Entrepreneurs”, a 2 CD-Audio program and more – the only thing you pay for is s/h. (Just $7.95 U.S. or Canada and slightly more Int’l for a package easily worth 30x this meager amount.)

— Q. What is Maverick Business Insider?

A. As some of you know, I’ve been pretty much solely focused on my new Maverick Business Adventures® concept. It’s a combination of thrilling adventures, business sessions and giving back through charity and education to empower future entrepreneurs.

With a steep membership fee and strict qualifications there’s only a small, select group of top gun entrepreneurs who can be part of this. But there is a much larger group who can benefit from the collective wisdom here.

One part of Maverick Business Insider is the monthly newsletter with candid interviews with those Maverick members, who are self-made millionaires, and understand how to create a work/life balance, while having a positive impact on the world and their community by giving back. These are the real-life people who are quietly making fortunes on and offline and have cracked the code.

Another part of Maverick Business Insider is the collective ‘tribe’. There are events, community, call-in times and more. It’s an evolving list of benefits only for members.

—- Heard enough? Here’s where you can grab your intro package:

http://www.maverickbusinessinsider.com

Q. Why are you doing this?

A. 3 reasons really…

Reason #1: It’s an “Ethical Bribe” for you to try the new Maverick Business Insider newsletter.

Reason #2: It’s because this is a brand new resource so obviously we don’t have comments from members yet. I’m looking for your help after you’ve received the package to let me know your comments (good or bad).

Reason #3: This one might sound a bit corny but it’s true. My company’s “Big Hairy Audacious Goal” is to help ‘Maverick-tize’ 1,000,000 entrepreneurs by the year 2020 and impact 1,000,000 young entrepreneurs Quite frankly, I’m out to change the game of how business is played.

— Q. I’ve seen this before from X, Y, & Z? What makes your material different?

A. I really don’t see anything else in the marketplace that is speaking about not just the making money aspect, but a more balanced approach of having more fun and giving back more at the same time.

http://www.maverickbusinessinsider.com

— Q. What’s the catch?

A. None really. I’m probably making this too easy – but if you decide the Maverick Business Insider membership isn’t for you – just let us know before the first month is up and you won’t be billed a penny for ongoing membership. Plus you can even keep everything from this introductory package as my gift for giving it a fair shake. That means you do not need to send anything back!

Let me repeat that – you do NOT need to send one shred of material back!

But I do expect 2 things from you -

As much as I’d like to offer this to everybody – I only want the right individuals as members in here – so there are 2 initial filters that you must meet:

- Qualification #1: You must be willing to give it a fair chance and promise to apply the material shared. If you’re a ‘know-it-all-seen-it-all’ type this isn’t for you. Or, if you already know you are going to simply ask to cancel without objectively going through the material – save all of us the headache, grief and negative energy by not even signing up.

- Qualification #2: 5% pledge to charity of your choice. To help convince my fellow Mavericks to take part in this – they wanted to see their efforts rewarded (not monetarily) but through charitable contributions. I’m asking you to pledge giving back 5% to the charity of your choice from any additional profits you create using the information revealed as part of Maverick Business Insider. Frankly, there’s no way I can track this – it’s on the honor system. (We feature a charity we support in each issue and hope there will be a profound ripple effect from this.)

So there you go.

Hopefully all this answers a few more questions so you’ll simply say “maybe” and try the new ‘Maverick Business Insider’.

Get the whole scoop and find out about the special Fast- Mover Bonuses still remaining here:

http://www.maverickbusinessinsider.com

All the best, Yanik Silver

P.S. The next Fast-Action bonus is go away is tonight at midnight, ET. So don’t get left on the sidelines here – come join the Maverick tribe and create more profits, passion and purpose!

Of course, web traffic is only the first step. Once someone lands on your site, you need to quickly communicate you core message and invite them to take action.

Legendary copywriter John Carlton points out the 3 basic elements every good sales page should have. Simply this:

1) Here’s what I have for you

2) Here’s how it will help you

3) Here’s what I want you to do next

And these are answering the basic questions that the readers are asking (these from Mark Joyner)

What is he selling?

What’s in it for me?

How much does it cost?

Can I trust him?

What’s next?

Let’s break it down a bit.

Here’s what I have: Don’t be shy about this one. Let folks know exactly what you are offering and include the price. If you know your market well, and you should, then this will seem like a no brainer: “Well, of course I need that solution to my problem.”

Here’s what it will do for you. This addresses the radio station we all listen to at some level: WIIFM: What’s in it for me. You need to get to the bottom of this one and not mess around on the surface as most advertising and marketing does. What core and essential benefit is your customer wanting that you can help him or her achieve? Forget the nifty details and features, go straight to the heart of core benefits. Features can come later. Speak not as a salesman pushing anything but as a trusted advisor offering help, from your core to theirs.

Here’s what I want you to do next: This is interestingly the part that most fail to do: ask for the sale, or opt-in or whatever you want them to do next. They are often looking for a clear call to action and many sites and sales materials do not provide it. If you have done your homework and have a solution to a pressing problem, then they will be ready to take action. Ask in a clear and unapologetic tone: buy now, click here to join our list, or whatever action you want them to take.

And for example, if you are reading this and have not taken advantage of our free site evaluation offer, then go now to our contact page and enter your information. We will return a 10 page report with valuable information about what your site is doing right and what it may be doing wrong, as far as SEO goes. If you are looking for more web traffic and increased sales, then this is the first step. Get your free report now.

Blogging started out as a sort of personal diary to record and report to friends all you were doing and thinking from day to day. It has evolved over the last few years to be a powerful business tool, the darling of search engines such as Google and an easy and less expensive way to set up an attractive and highly effective website.

Why does Google love blogs? Because they are based on sound and solid html coding and standard platforms such as Blogger and WordPress. And because they tend to be updated often, Google considers them fresh content. When you post daily or weekly, you are training Google to return often and update your site in their index. Traditional static websites can take weeks or months to be updated but a blog post can show up in Google in a matter of hours.

Blogs (short for “Weblogs”) are also a BIG part of what is called Web 2.0. Gone are the days of static “brochure ware” websites that just sit there with the same tired old sales copy. Web 2.0 ushers in a new world of interactivity between the site and the user: Leave your blog comment, upload your YouTube video, submit your Facebook profile. These are ways the web has evolved and I predict that within a few years ALL websites will be blog based sites, or at least interactive in the way of blogs. If you leave a comment below you have engaged in the Web 2.0 aspects of the “blogoshere”. And I have a easy way of learning what my readers are thinking, and what their concerns and needs are.

Also true of Blogs and other Web 2.0 properties such as Squidoo and Hubpages is that a non-technical user can easily update their own content without knowledge of html or web design. This is a tremendous advantage over older static sites that required you to ask and pay your webmaster to make every little update to the site.

WordPress is by far the most flexible, powerful and customizable of the blog platforms and is totally free. There are 100’s of high quality “themes” or templates available and 100’s of brilliant plug-ins to provide all sorts of functions – all freely available through the Word Press community. For example, here’s a site I created recently based on the Word Press platform that contains a simple plug-in that allows users to review and rate their favorite weight loss program. See Weight Loss Product Reviews

Another creative use of WordPress is my latest site that allows visitors to purchase a beautiful gift bag that is designed to be given to and inspire a perfect stranger. The blog uses the comment function to request comments and stories from the givers of the bags as well as the receivers. See The Global Gift.

Another advantage of blogs is that they are generally less expensive to produce when you use and customize a standard theme. All my blogs listed below use freely available themes and are customized with appropriate branding for each site. Instead of $1000 on up for a standard site, a simple blog site can be set up for $500 on up, depending on level of complexity. I am also including for new clients a set of powerful SEO plugins for Word Press that will help get your pages indexed and ranking on the search engines. I will include some basic training as well in most effective use of this powerful tool.

See below for recent blog projects completed or in progress. Of course, the site you are viewing now is a recent blog as I just converted it over (finally) from a static site format. If you notice some common elements among my blogs, it is because I tend to like a handful of themes that I customize as needed.
